Payment
Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through credit cards, bank transfers, or other authorized methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Time: Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product, location, and availability. We strive to dispatch orders within the specified time frame but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to external factors such as shipping delays, customs, or weather conditions.
- Damage During Shipping: In case the product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence. We will assist in resolving the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

- Warranty: Our Domestic Flour Mills and Flour Mill Stones come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear. Spare parts are not covered under warranty once they are opened or used.
