- Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving the item if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a sellable condition to be eligible for a return.
- Custom-made or special order products are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order receipt, when requesting a return.
- Returns should be shipped back to Sarweshwar Industries at the customer’s cost, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Condition of Returned Products:
- Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any signs of damage or wear and tear caused by the customer will result in the rejection of the return request.
